At Wings, we operate our own global in-house emergency centre, staffed by knowledgeable specialists trained to handle urgent travel requests at any time of the day or night. By using our own experienced staff that know your account and understand the unique aspects of your requirements. We are able to solve the problem quickly and efficiently, no matter what time the call comes through to us. Wings24® uses the same technology platform that is standard throughout all Wings locations, so our team can access travel records regardless of where or when the reservation was made, ensuring a seamless after hours emergency service.

Passport & visa service

Applying for a travel visa or renewing your passport is often not a straightforward process; it can be very time-consuming with long lead times and a mountain of documentation, especially for certain visas with complex entry requirements.
Wings will assist with managing your applications, documentation and appointment bookings and where possible, assist with avoiding the queues where the traveller isn’t required to attend in person.

Airport meet and assist

If you are in need of on the ground, hands on support services when arriving in a destination that is new to your traveller, we can help. This includes escorting travellers through the airport, helping to complete procedures at security and immigration, as well as offering local advice and local language to help with any requirements.

Online check-in

Providing the ultimate convenience for your travellers, Wings will ensure they are checked-in for every aspect of their trip. This includes, but is not limited to; reconfirming all flights, meal selections and preferred pre-seating selections, which not only saves your busy travellers time, but it ensures the trip goes as smoothly and comfortably as possible.

Your board members and executives require the highest level of service and support and our specialist VIP travel consultants will take care of every detail with one-on-one attention. Wings provides a bespoke travel concierge service which will take care of your bookings for exclusive restaurants, spa appointments, golf tee-off times, airport assistance or even assisting with planning a special occasion. Managing your unused air tickets

On average, 10% of a company’s air tickets go unused running the risk of losing those tickets should they expire. Wings will manage the refund process on your behalf*, ensuring all unused tickets are submitted for refund prior to expiration and avoiding unnecessary costs to your company. *tickets paid by credit card only
