The European Commission has created a website to inform passengers about their rights. The site offers a set of principles to make passengers more aware of their rights should something go wrong with their trip. This applies not just to air but also, rail, maritime, bus and coach, regardless of whether the journey took place wholly within a single Member State or through an intra-Community or external frontier.The site is smart device enabled and available in over 20 languages.
