We are seeking an experienced and vibrant Human Resources: Global Operations Manager to join our global HR team.

Role Description

A new position for Wings, the HR: Global Operations Manager will act as the deputy to the Director of People and Culture (“D:P&C”).

This exciting role offers unparalleled opportunity to develop expertise in global HR practices and international labour practices. The successful candidate will act both as senior manager for the HR team but also will actively partner with our various operations to ensure that HR services are delivered effectively and professionally throughout the globe.

Specific areas of interest include:

  • HR Operations management: Manage day-to-day operations for HR team members, ensuring best practice and effective administration of the various HR programmes
  • Compensation and benefits: Review payroll processes globally with an aim of constant improvement, efficiency and good governance
  • Rewards and Recognition: Ensure effective design, implementation and maintenance of R&R programmes and interventions
  • Staff movement: Improve the onboarding and offboarding process and manage all related administration
    Succession Planning: Together with internal stakeholders, ensure that succession planning is effectively implemented, designed and administered
  • Process Improvement:  Together with the D:P&C, constantly streamline and refine HR and people processes, policies and supporting procedures
  • Reporting: Standardise and refine HR reporting
  • Project Management: Participate in global HR projects.
  • Skills and qualifications

– Relevant HR related post graduate degree – Essential
– Remuneration / payroll certifications – Advantageous
– 5 years HR generalist experience and at least 3 years management experience – Essential
– Familiarity with HRIS/HRM platforms – Highly advantageous

You must also have detailed focus with strong administrative skill. Thorough knowledge of best HR practice required.
