This role provides operational leadership and management of the Wings Technology business unit, ensuring optimised transformational process engineering is prioritised and project and change management is effectively executed. The successful candidate will need to allocate resources as required to ensure that all tech solutions and projects are optimally managed and delivered as planned, fully tested and error free. They will also act as first line of management for the solutions and design, DevOps, reporting and tech support teams.

Successful candidates will need:
- BSc in information Systems/Data Science (Mandatory); Post-graduate specialization in fields of BI, Informatics, Project Management, Business Administration will be an advantage
- Scrum methodology, such as a Scrum Master qualification, Project Management: Waterfall and Agile would be highly advantageous
- Experience in digital transformation roles in banking, ICT businesses or consulting. Verifiable evidence of first-hand, hands-on experience in leading and deploying digital business improvement initiative will also be highly advantageous.
