This position is based in our Aberdeen office, reporting to one of our Team Leaders for the Client Services team.
Effectively process and respond promptly to all travel requests, ensuring that our client requirements are met. This includes sourcing and booking land, sea and air travel arrangements throughout the world
Work efficiently and accurately, submitting appropriate guidance and documentation to clients within the prescribed time frames
Use commercial acumen to apply specialist fare and systems knowledge in order to source the most cost-effective fares
Coordinate and effectively utilize preferred suppliers for provision of services
Proactively monitor industry related issues and advise clients accordingly
Skills and experience required:
Minimum 1 year experience in a corporate travel consulting role
GDS experience – Sabre or Amadeus preferably
Highly personable and excellent verbal communication skills
